Q. Where are you located?
A.
We are position at the bottom of Trafalgar road In Kettering behind B&Q
Q. How long does an MOT take?
A.
An MOT takes approx 1 hour from the time of start, we have 2 MOT test lanes however DVSA govern that we can only do 1 MOT test per lane at a time. Because of this we advise that you allow a min of 2 hours for your MOT.
Q. Do you stock tyres?
A.
YES we have over 2000 tyres in stock
Q. Can I wait for my car while it is being repaired?
A.
Yes we do have a waiting room, we will advise you on the estimated time for completion
Q. Do you take credit card?
A.
YES all credit cards (except American express)
Q. Do I need to book to get my tyres check/replaced?
A.
No booking is required however we do have peak times where there may be a short wait.
Q. Can you change my 21 tyres on my range rover?
A.
Yes we have the latest lever-less tyre changing equipment.
Q. Can you do a 4 wheel laser alignment / tracking?
A.
Yes we have a full digital laser alignment system
Q. Do you do bodywork?
A.
No unfortunately not however we can advise / recommend on good local body-shop garages.
Q. How long have you been trading for?

We have been trading since 2002
Q. My car has failed the emission test can you help?
A.
Yes we have a number of options available to help reduce emissions on modern day petrol and diesel engines.
Q. Do you service long wheel base vehicles?
A.
Yes we have a ramp that is capable of lifting / servicing long wheel base vehicles however unfortunately we cannot MOT them.
Q. Can you service my car when it is under 3 years old?
A.
Yes, An EU block exemption allows us to service your vehicle whilst maintaining your warranty as long as we adhere to the manufactures specification. In most cases our full service far exceeds what the main agents do within the first 3 years servicing.
Q. Do you fit RUNFLAT tyres?
A.
Yes we have the latest lever-less tyre changing equipment which allows us to deal with run flats easily.
Q. Will you remind me when my MOT is due?
A.
Yes once we have done your first MOT and you agree to allow us to use your details on our system. We will endeavour to send you a free MOT reminder via the post.
Q. Do you have courtesy cars?
A.
To keep costs of repair as low as possible we cannot offer a courtesy car to everyone, however sometimes repairs take longer than expected when this happens we have a emergency car that can be used.
